Refund and cancellation policy for Humpty Dumpty – Toys & Games Store

1. General terms

• All sales are final.

• No return, no exchange, no refund on any product once sold, whether purchased from our offline store in Chandrapur or through our website.

• No guarantee and no warranty is provided on any item, unless explicitly mentioned by the manufacturer on the product packaging or invoice as per applicable law.

2. Condition of products

• Customers are requested to carefully check product details, features, size, color, and suitability before placing the order or making the payment at the store.

• For online orders, product photos and descriptions are for general reference only and minor variations in color, design, or packaging may occur and will not be considered a defect.

3. Damaged or defective on delivery (online orders)

Even with a strict no-return / no-exchange policy, consumer laws may still require basic support in case of transit damage or wrong item delivery. To handle this fairly and safely for your business:

• If an item is received in a visibly damaged condition, or if a completely wrong product is delivered, the customer must inform Humpty Dumpty within 24 hours of delivery, with clear unboxing photos/videos and order details.

• After verification, Humpty Dumpty may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following:

• Repair or servicing of the item (where possible), or

• Replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability), or

• Store credit for future purchase.

• No cash/bank/UPI refund will be given in any case.

4. In-store purchases (offline Chandrapur store)

• Customers must inspect items at the store before billing. Once the product is billed and taken out of the store, no complaints for damage, missing parts, or defects will be entertained.

• No exchange for reasons such as “changed mind”, “child did not like it”, “size/color preference”, duplicate gift, or similar reasons.

5. Order cancellation

• Once an order is placed (online or offline special order), it cannot be cancelled by the customer.

• In rare cases, if Humpty Dumpty cancels an order due to stock issues, pricing error, or logistics problems, any amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method or as store credit, at the company’s discretion.

6. Manufacturer warranty (if applicable)

• Some branded products may carry a manufacturer’s warranty. In such cases, customers must directly contact the manufacturer or authorized service center as per the details on the product/packaging.

• Humpty Dumpty is not responsible for honoring or processing manufacturer warranties and does not provide any additional guarantee or warranty beyond what is printed by the manufacturer.

7. Customer responsibility

• It is the customer’s responsibility to use products as per age recommendations, safety instructions, and guidelines mentioned on the packaging.

• Humpty Dumpty will not be liable for any damage, injury, loss, or misuse arising from incorrect handling, improper use, or lack of supervision while children are playing with toys.

8. Policy acceptance

• By purchasing from Humpty Dumpty – Toys & Games Store (offline or online at kabrahumptydumpty.com), the customer accepts and agrees to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

• This policy may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice, and the version displayed on the website at the time of purchase will be applicable.
